A customized sleep plan that maps out exactly what you will need to do in order to reach your sleep goals (given within 48 hours of our phone call). The foundation of my teachings remains the same, but as with all children, there is no one size fits all approach. Once we decide upon the right strategy for your family, you will have each step broken down within your personalized sleep plan so you will no longer have to fumble in the dark; literally, and you will know exactly how to walk through the process of responding to those shorts naps and repeated night wakings while taking continued leaps towards eliminating these challenges altogether.
These calls are for you to ask additional questions and get encouragement prior to sleep plan implementation. (20 minutes each)
Daily email correspondence for two weeks once you begin implementing your plan. (Expect responses within business hours)
You will fill in a daily sleep log to track your child’s progress. I will review this and we can discuss it during our daily correspondence.
